Cafe Consultancy
Starting or running a cafe involves a huge number of decisions, and it's easy to get caught up in the details. I help coffee businesses step back, look at the bigger picture and make practical decisions that work for their customers, their team and their bottom line. With experience opening and running cafes myself, I can offer practical advice on coffee, equipment, menus, workflow and staff development, as well as helping identify where things could be working harder or more efficiently. For new businesses, I particularly enjoy being involved from the early stages, helping shape the coffee offering, making sensible equipment choices, preparing the team and getting the operation ready for launch. I can also provide ongoing support as the business grows.I've spent nearly 20 years building relationships across the coffee industry, so if you need something outside my own expertise, I can often connect you with the right people, whether that's a roaster, equipment supplier or another industry specialist.Ultimately, great coffee needs to make commercial sense. My goal is to help you build a coffee operation that people love, your team can deliver and your business can make money from.
